Job Description - Client Service Representative

Heartland Veterinary Services, LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative for a newly established and thriving practice in Oxford, IN. We are a full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional veterinary care that creates a culture focused on preventative medicine and individual care for both small animals and livestock. The client services representative is the clients first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such present the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The duties include:

  • Answering telephones

  • Greeting clients and escorting them to exam rooms

  • Receives and transmits telephone and other messages

  • Updates client business records

  • Prepares billing and collect payments

  • Preforms a variety of other related tasks

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma

  • 1-2 years of experience as a veterinary client service representative is preferred, but not required

Compensation based on experience.
